Coco View Resort: Roatan, Honduras

This is a trip of your lifetime! Join Scuba Adventures September 17-24, 2011 on a trip to a Bay Island of Honduras. This cozy secluded resort is the most returned to dive resort in the world.

The diving is world class! Coco View’s professional and experienced dive staff take the work out of boat diving. The large comfortable boats will take you to the famous walls, cracks and ledges of Roatan’s protected south shore, a short 5-15 minute boat ride away.

The PADI 5-star full service Dive Shop and Photo Center are located right on the dock, a few steps from your boat. Your dive equipment storage, clean water dunk tanks, and rinse showers are located there, too.

The shore diving is excellent! The famous Coco View Wall, Newman’s Wall, and the wreck of the Prince Albert are just off shore from the Clubhouse. The 150 bottle tank rack assures that air is accessible 24 hours a day. Included in your package are two single tank boat dives daily and unlimited shore diving.

The accommodations that we have booked are bungalows and cabanas over the water. These are limited, so first come-first served. There are also oceanfront rooms if you would prefer those. All rooms are spacious with breathtaking views of the ocean. All rooms are air conditioned and have private porches or balconies.

Three delicious buffet meals are included. These feature local fresh fruits, vegetables, and specially prepared regional and traditional entrees. The homemade desserts are delectable!

The resort has numerous amenities. The Clubhouse has a dining room, bar, game room, satellite TV, meeting area, and great open air decks. From here you can have a front row seat to gentle breezes and gorgeous sunsets. You will find state of the art exercise equipment in the Spa & Fitness Center. At the Boutique you can shop for local and regional handcrafted items. Local vendors set up shop on the deck at the Clubhouse for your convenience. The Internet Café and wireless internet access are available. Local musicians and dancers provide live entertainment for your enjoyment. You can picnic and party on Hawksbill Key. There are lots of sundecks and soft ocean-side hammocks to relax in. You can swim and relax on the private beach. Can’t sit still? Try out the kayaks or basketball court. Challenge a buddy to ping pong or pool.

If this doesn’t keep you busy enough, Coco View’s staff will be happy to arrange optional trips and activities to meet your needs. They make it easy for you to see more of the island and Honduras. Off-site activities available are:

To join us on this unbelievable trip you will need a current US Passport. We need a $100 deposit at this time. The cost will be $1100 plus airfare for the week, all inclusive.
